Our Grade 1 and 2 students have made a fantastic start to the term with lots of exciting learning and activities! We recently participated in the school Cross Country, where students proudly ran 1km around the school grounds, showing great determination and spirit. We've also launched our iHour program, where students take part in engaging, hands-on clubs like drawing, dancing, sports, and beading. These sessions allow students to be creative, collaborate with others and problem-solve in fun and meaningful ways. 

In Integrated Studies, we've begun exploring the big question, 'Why do people have special connections to places?' Students have been learning about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures by unpacking the 'Welcome to Country', exploring the meaning behind the flags, and reading a variety of Dreamtime stories. We are looking forward to a term filled with curiosity, connection and creativity.
