Working With Children's Checks

All Parent Volunteers and Helpers who have direct contact with children at this school are expected to have a Working With Children's Check.
The definition of 'Direct Contact' has been explained to include oral, written or electronic communication in addition to face to face and physical contact.

A Working With Children's Check is now required for anyone engaged in 'child related work' regardless of whether contact with a child is supervised by another person. 'Child related work' is defined as any work that involves direct contact with a child that is part of the person's work.
